This seminar will provide a comprehensive theoretical background on designing cold-formed steel members using both the effective width method and the direct strength method, as per AS/NZS 4600. The seminar will also cover connection designs and their concepts, specifically in portal frame and building designs, providing valuable insights for practising engineers.
